My Adsense Almanac
I love Adsense. I do.
Mostly because it was the first program I started making money on. Yes, even before becoming a turbo member 
I was writing articles on many subjects for adsense income and most definitely the Adsense Almanac was one of the first ebooks I read when I joined turbomembership and I want to take this opportunity to tell you about some of the factors that will help you increase your adsense income:
1. Subject of your site. Adsense ads are contextually relevant to your subject. The Adsense program is able to implement this through a system that recognizes certain words that are used in your content. These words are called keywords.
2. Cost per click (CPC) that is assigned to an ad. Each ad is dependent on the keywords present in your site. If the subject of your site uses the right keywords that attract the right high-paying ads, then you have a higher probability of earning big.
3. Impression or the number of times an ad is displayed on the site. An ad is said to be displayed on your site every time one of your pages is loaded by the user and the ad is contained therein.
4. Competitiveness of your chosen industry. If you have fewer competitors in the market, more visitors will look to your site. Which brings us to…
5. Volume of traffic that visits your site. The more visitors you have, the more chances that the ads displayed will be clicked.
6. Volume of targeted traffic. It’s still a numbers game. But if your traffic is highly targeted, meaning, you have been attracting visitors who have a high level of interest on the subject of your site, then they have a higher likelihood of clicking the ads displayed on your pages.
7. Click Through Ratio (CTR), or the number of clicks per number of times ads are displayed on the site (impressions.) The higher your CTR, the higher your pay.
From these factors alone, we can come up with a formula for our Adsense earnings:
EARNINGS = Impressions x CTR x CPC
Naturally, to boost your Adsense earnings, you have to increase the amount of its components. This means you will have to strive hard to multiply impressions by increasing the volume of traffic that passes through your site; to multiply CTR by employing strategies that will persuade or otherwise trick your visitors into clicking the ads; and to choose the right keywords to attract ads that have high CPC.

These are probably the most important concepts you need to know about Adsense. After all, our goal here is to earn, and to earn a lot, from Google’s widely popular program. We can only do that if we learn how to put these ingredients to good use.
