Agreed! lol, Sometimes I still think I have my own thoughts I guess ;p I do agree that we can't really make chronolgical lists of how to become more "enlightened" or what have you, but I do feel like once that self loves comes in all the other stuff happens automatically. I think? people would be less likely to toss their Timmy's cup on the ground if they respected and loved themselves, and therefore the world around them as well...

Well, perhaps those are the same thing ;p What I disagree with is the "action"...I have come to believe that the? biggest action we can make is within ourselves, understanding oneness and unity. I say, if we are all collectively creating our universe, we all just need a little more love and understanding. I imagine that knowing ones self leads to love as well...

No offence here guys but honestly I hear every group out there say "we want change" or "we want things to stay the same." The go on and on about how the other side is bad or evil or dirty or outdated but I never here the 1st or 2nd? or 4th or 276th step in making this happen. It's hard to follow any group that does not have a plan of attack, so to speak. Those currently in power have been so for 200+ years what do we do about it?

thanks again. yeah I? had a great time, but felt very confused at times, specially once I got back. I've been trying to process the whole experience and trying to understand what happened. I guess you could say I had some sort of spiritual experience, is the best way I can describe it, rain and K tell me it was from the energies of the sufi house and I can see that for sure, but a big part of this journey had to do with Kris... maybe I'll explain later. things are settling down now.

I see that + and - are truly one...they both help to keep us attached to this world...when we allow ourselves to stay in a - state, we try so hard to avert to a + state, which only helps to temporarily suppress the seemingly - state and yet it will come back again, and when we seek the + too much, we crave these temporary sensations of pleasure, and both aspects keep us from experiencing life in a balanced state of being, accepting BOTH + & - as? impermanent sensations of experience & awareness.

Great to see a new vid from you! :) I liked what they said about positivity. I think being positive can have a huge effect. If people are happy and approach life in? a positive way or at least trying to more often, I think anything can be possible. Have you read the self help book "Awareness" by Anthony de Mello?
