@subroto81 I am no stranger to EFT, but it does not use affirmations? like the ones described in the secret, nor they have to do with repetitions to try to fool the subconscious mind. Those ones are dangerous, and should not be done.

@nathanro The EFT tapping technique uses affirmations. There are many available? on youtube, one simple example would be the david childerly EFT tapping technique. IT has loads of affirmations.

@69GamerChannel And all, I am sorry for the subliminal messages, I did not intend them to be on the video, I use them for myself on my computer, they are the ones sold by Mike Brescia. Basically I use? them to get improvement in my life, but after a while you stop noticing them and you simply work on your computer. THEY WERE NOT INTENDED FOR THIS VIDEO. They have absolutely no request to do anything, only NLP messages about improving one's life.

Affirmations are extrmely dangerous, Wallace D. Wattles in his book "The Science of Getting Rich" which was the inspiration to "The Secret" mentions that one should never make repetitions, you can read it yourself. What works is this kind of exercises that work with your imagination in a? safe way.
